The Lake House is a 2 bedroom cottage situated on the lake with its own private access to the water and the  use of a 2 person canoe to explore the amazing Lake and rivers that run into it.

The house is at least 250m away from the owners residence, so privacy and a sense of solitude in the Bush with just the birds and nature prevails. The lake in front of you is quiet and feels like your own exclusive reserve.

It sleeps 5 people comfortably, has one bathroom with shower and bath, a fully outfitted kitchen with gas stove, microwave and fridge. It also has a lovely outside stoepe and braai area.

It is accessed via a farm road 15min from Sedgefield Town. The road is always in good condition, bumpy and sandy, but driving slowly and carefully is fine in any car.

Bookings need to be made at least 2 days in advance for a minimum of 2 days stay.

Out of season prices are R1200 per night.

Over Easter and xmas R3500 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
